We strive to accurately describe and photograph our products. However, as agricultural products are natural, slight variations in size, color, and appearance may occur.2.3. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products without prior notice.2.4. Seasonal products are available only during specific harvest periods as indicated on our website or harvest calendar.

3. Pricing and Payment 3.1. All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated.3.2. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order placement applies to your purchase.3.3. We accept payment via M-Pesa, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (for eligible orders).3.4. Payment must be received before dispatch for prepaid orders. Cash on delivery is available for orders within specified delivery zones.3.5. .4. Orders and Delivery 4.1. Orders can be placed through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or in person at the farm.4.2. An order is confirmed only after we send you a confirmation message or receipt.4.3. Delivery is available within Makueni County and select areas in Nairobi. Delivery fees vary based on location and order size.4.4. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control.4.5. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability at the delivery location.4.6. Farm pickups are available during our operating hours. Please confirm availability before visiting.

5. Quality and Freshness 5.1. We take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality produce. All products are inspected before dispatch.5.2. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we recommend inspecting your order upon delivery.5.3. Produce should be stored appropriately according to type (refrigerated or room temperature as applicable).

6. Returns and Refunds 6.1. If you receive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect products, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the affected items.6.2. Valid claims may result in a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.6.3. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 business days of claim approval.6.4. We cannot accept returns for products that have been stored improperly or where significant time has passed since delivery.6.5. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted due to the perishable nature of our products.

7. Farm Visits 7.1. Visitors are welcome to Savannah Farms during operating hours. Please contact us in advance to confirm availability.7.2. All visitors must follow farm safety guidelines and instructions from our staff.7.3. Children must be supervised at all times.7.4. Savannah Farm is not responsible for injuries or accidents resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines.7.5. Photography for personal use is permitted. Commercial photography requires prior written consent.
